I did not write the above message. However, I am interested in what is
on the tape, in the improbable circumstance that such a tape exists, as
I have long suspected the board conspiracy to remove me as a member. I
would grant immunity, and persuading Parker would not present a problem.
Parker has already demonstrated his desparation because months later he
has not yet served anyone and he has been dropping hints about being
open to settlements, which is absurdly premature.
The reasoning in the yahoo post is sound. It is what the real Sam Sloan
would have reasoned and written. Especially if he was sending the post
via a remailer (the above message was sent by a remailer) to grant later
deniability, and could afford to be frank. Not that the Real Sam Sloan
ever uses a remailer.
A fatal oddity is that the real Sam Sloan would never ever have spelled
Gordon as Gorden, as the real Sam Sloan does not make mistakes.
The only other reason I recognized the yahoo post as a forgery is that
I am the Real Sam Sloan.
