This is a double entendre: Was the "commotion" caused by her April
Fools "Joke" the previous day, or by the size of her boobs?
You know that when a woman shows off her boobs like that, it is never
an accident.
And look at the long list of 23 responses below. Almost all of them
are commenting on the size of her boobs. The word "Alaska" is on her
****rt just above her boobs. This explains the comments about wanting
to go "South of Alaska". For example:
