True.  Not PC to say so, but true nonetheless.

Now, to be fair, it could be simply because there are so many Turks on
BBO - it is a general phenomenon that people often say "there are a lot
of bad <X>s", and this is true in a numerical sense, but not
(necessarily) in a percentage sense.

But, yes, the term "Turkish Expert" has become a term-of-art...
