Opener still has six hearts.  Has at least 4 diamonds.
The 3H bidder often only has two hearts.  The 5D call
is there to assist responder in case opponents bid 5S.

NO, NO.  Opener does not have a void in diamonds.
Bid what you have, not what you don't have.
