I would add that places like bookfinder.com or alibris.com may have better
prices than amazon.
One other option is to pick up the tribute book Bridge Orld published on
Kaplan. While it doesn't deal with KS directly, there were several
articles
on Weak NT and bidding by Kaplan that do a pretty good job of presenting
the general philosophy of KS.
