5. Opener is actually indulging in several highly illegal substances
and is bidding with no relation to the cards he actually holds?
Either that, or he missorted his hand and realises he's actually
holding 9 D instead of 6 H and 3 D.

The only "weak 2" type of hand I can see opener holding such that 5D
is not a bid from outer space is something like:

Even then, some pairs might open this at the one-level (I know I would
if playing a strong club).
