I think 7D-4 is more likely than 7D making, as the defense may get a 
major-suit crossruff going. Not likely, sure, but way more likely than 
that they can make 7D. If partner's hand is QTxxxx x xx QJxx, then it's 
true they might make. But if he is holding this, it is hard to envision 
a holding for third hand that is willing to play for two-level penalty 
when 7D can be made opposite a passed partner.
