Straight counting, this isn't an opening hand by basic Goren or Basic
Grant so I don't see your point on that.  It meets the rule of 22 (HCP
+ length +QT) and Bergen's rule of 20.  It has all its points in its
long suits and it has an easy rebid.

I'll open if its both minors, both majors or a major and a minor
