 From the headers of Henry's posts, he certainly seems to use Google, e.g.

 for one find it much harder to follow a thread if people quote others 
without using a quote marker.

Apparently one of the links in the Google interface does not offer 
quotes and attributions, so users tend to copy and paste others' words 
without the conventional '>' quote marker.  Pointing someone to the link 
that follows the normal USENET conventions is helpful.
