Well, I dont know about the rest of the world, but this is not
my idea of a sandwich NT, which is somewhat weaker than X, but 
showing some shape. 

If I bid at all, I try 2C and hope to catch pard with a fit or a working 
card (hope: the antidote for experience, which suggests pard is 
a) broke and b) long in hearts). 

My suspicion is that whoever buys this contract will not be 
pleased. If hope triumphs over experience and I lose a  partscore 
swing, well, that's just too bad.
