I would bid 3S. My voluntary 3S bid shows a little more than if I was
forced to bid. Partner will probably work out from his club length
that I am short in clubs so I don't need to jump in spades.  However,
I want to give partner a chance to bid 4D so we can explore slam
possibilities.
