Partner with a hand like this: 6=3=4=0 should probably double one more
time, nevertheless he may be afraid that partner may decide to pass
the double and he rates his hand defensively not that strong for such
an action. Maybe at MP's a call like 3D deserves a higher score than
zero, especially at MP's.
