Yes, but the fact is they're _not_ like computer generated hands. 
Hand-dealt hands, not being random enough, give people unreasonable
expectations.  So when people complain about computer dealt hands, we
should be telling them it's because they didn't shuffle their own deals
well enough.

fwiw, an expert player of my acquaintance said last weekend as we started
our second match of the Swiss (with dealt hands, after two days of
computer
hands) that the first two rounds are always "odd".  I don't know for
certain that he's right, but I expect it's true, as they go from truly
random hands to something more like we expect.
