I think that this depends on what your partner regards as a 1NT
overcall.
If your partner is choosy about their 1NT overcalls, for example
doubling on:
K x
Q x x x
A Q x
K Q 10 x,
then you should pass.
However, if partner would bid 1NT on the above hand, then run to 2H
