What are you angling for?
When someone suggests a good scientific bid, eg 3H or 4D, you tell us that
partner is not up to understanding that,
When someone suggests a good unscientific bid, eg 4NT, you list an
unlikely
hand that makes that a poor choice. (Although even with your example
hand,
5H could easily survive.)
It seems that nothing will satisfy you.
