The only reason to bid 2C is for lead direction at a level we can
withstand 
without going for a number.  However,  this hand, with their assumed spade

trumps twice controlled, can accept other leads also so I will Pass and
hope 
they simmer in their own juices, climb higher, and go down a few. 
Partscore our side is barely possible if partner has the right shape, but
it 
is a very small target and involves risk of big loss.  Pass and take a
plus.
