There is no question about reaching at least 6H unless in the very
unlikely case you are missing a key card and the trump queen.
So the best way to avoid a bad slam is to use RKC which you are
certainly strong enough to use. However, partner could easily have
three key cards and the trump queen so you want to make it easy for
him to be involved in the grand slam hunt.
Consequently, I would splinter with 4D and let partner bid 4NT when it
is right. If partner is not strong enough to bid 4NT certainly I am
strong enough to bid 4NT myself if partner signs off in 4H to then bid
4NT RKC to stay out of a bad slam.

AKxxx xx
Axxx KJxxxx
x Axx
KQx Ax

1S 2H
4D(1) 4NT
5H(2) 5NT
6C(3) 6D(4)
7H(5)

(1) Splinter with four trumps
(2) Two key cards
(3) Club king
(4) Asking partner to judge to bid a grand with an extra trick.
(5) With club queen and spade king as an extra trick, 7H should be
cold.
