I seem to be out of step with the majority, but how about 2=7=2=2 shape 
with weak hearts (hence no preempt in first seat)?  Probably about six 
HCP or so.  I pass; we'll be lucky to make 3H.

I don't understand suggestions of spade length or as few as five hearts; 
even six hearts would be pretty dubious bidding.

Of course a pickup partner could have anything at all, but this is my 
best guess for something sensible.
