The hand you show here (that Henry gave) would not have Passed as dealer,
he
would have opened 2H or used Multi or whichever systemic bid shows a
weak-two in hearts. Since he passed as dealer, he cannot have that hand,
and it is not reasonable to base decisions on assumption that he "could"
have that hand afterall when he has already denied it (by his Pass in
first
seat).
