Even as an unpassed hand, this hand is easily worth a free 2h response
over the 1s overcall.
If partner makes a minimum rebid in diamonds, you have a partial fit.
If partner makes a minimum rebid in nt, you have spade help.
if partner is strong enough to 1bid 2s, you can show either your spade
stopper or your sixth heart
if partner bids 3h,you have a guess about passing or 3h, but neither
could be severely criticized.
If partner rebids 3c, you have unpleasant choices: rebid the crummy 6-
bagger, bid 3nt with no obvious source of tricks with a short and
inflexible spade stopper, or rebid 3d and risk playing in a 4-2 fit if
parter likes to open 1d with 4=5 in the minors.
But as a passed hand, I can think of no reasonable justification for
not bidding 2h.
