The meaning of 2NT in the auction you gave should should still be
18-19 bal,, with one or more stoppers in the opponent's suit.
Look at it this way - partner's 1M bid is no stronger in the second
auction (1m - Pass - 1M - 2X - 2NT) than in the first (1m - Pass - 1M
- Pass - 2NT).
so your 2NT should have the same strength. With only 13-14 opposite
partner's promised 5-6 , you will be going down in 2NT - - - quite a
lot.
