The problem is, responder leapt straight to 4H, which could already be a
stretch - opener's double could commit the partner****p to scores like
5HX-4 and 4SXX+1.

Perhaps there's more chance of playing the hand or doubling if responder
had instead tried a strong enquiry (though the next hand would probably
still have bid 4S).
