I agree with the director, Dave. 3H is automatic at these colors and
at this vulnerability. Pass isn't a logical alternative.

I think an in tempo pass shows about a balanced 14 count; the slow
pass probably shows a 14 count with long but ratty spades. Selling out
at MP at all nil is not possible; bidding is the ethical action I
think.
