I'd play ace-king and another heart ruffing low.

The diamond 6 is a fairly high spot (consistent only with J86 if led from 
the jack).  I might ask the opponents at some point whether they use MUD. 

Perhaps East is indeed false-carding - if I know something about East,
that 
might help.
