For what it's worth, one of our local newsletters (I get them from
both Districts 22 and 23) recently gave a hand like xxx x QJxx QJxxx
to an expert panel, and after 1H (1S), almost the whole panel passed.
My reaction to this hand was exactly the same as Eddie Kantar's: "I
hate this hand".  Your hand is slightly better because it has a king,
but not much.  Plus your void in partner's suit is not going to help
in the play---I think that counts as a negative HCP.
