Hmmm... I suppose that they have been regularly raising their
subscription prices by a MASSIVE HIKE OF 100% every year up until now?

Well, they have, if you think an increase from 20 to 45 pounds is a
225% hike.     *My* calculator tells me it's a slightly less massive
hike of 125%.
