This is a good opening bid, make it.

Now I like double, and unlike other correspondents would correct 4C to
4H.  A correction to 4D does not imply 5 hearts and much better hearts
than diamonds at that.  I would be inclined to bet a partner who bid
4D did not open a heavy weak 2D because of his side 4 bagger in H.
