If you had been kibitzing my table, and I had held the above hand, you
would have been even more entertained, because I probably would have
doubled the 1S opening bid for takeout with the above hand (I know,
I'm insane, just ask Henry).
Of course, in that case, partner would undoubtedly have bid 3NT over
LHO's 2S bid, and it probably would have gotten doubled. At that
point, I might have pulled, but I might have left it in, because after
all I am nothing if not disciplined (LOL). So we would be playing in
3NT doubled with:
--void--
Jxxx
J109xx
KQxx
AQx
Kxx
AKxx
1098
Then, this being BBO, the opening bidder would lead the CA, and switch
to a spade. Partner would pick up the diamonds, and wind up with +950
for 3NT doubled making 4.
Just another whacky result on BBO!

P.S. I should caveat that under the conditions presented -- up 4 IMPs
with this being the last hand to play -- I might passed the 0-4-5-4
hand to "play it down the middle." However, if this was the first
hand out of the box in an IMP match, I double 1S without hesitation on
the 0-4-5-4 hand.
