Opener got lucky.  No way Axxx QJ9xx KQx x is worth an invite over
a constructive 2H raise.  The raise doesn't promise 4 hearts, does it?
Responder could have a max and 2H is still the limit for the two
hands.
Qx KTx xxxx Axxx.  Some may even go down in 2H.
