The dangers of Pass are clearly there: they might have opened a dog in
third 
seat and go unpunished, or, we may make 4H.  The dangers in bidding is
that 
it is difficult to tell pd about both diamonds and hearts and we may play
in 
3SX when 4H or 4D would be better, or, they bid and make 4S if third
seater 
wasn't a dog afterall, or we change small plus in 3S-1 into small minus in

4H-1 or 4D-1, or we have bad misfit and go for a number if partner is not 
leaving the Dbl in.  It is a bidder's game, so I will balance with a Dbl.
