If responder promises 4 hearts and is a constructive raise, then I
think the auction, including the singleton show and tell, are quite
reasonable.

If, however, the single raise could be made on, e.g.,

Jxx
Kxx
xxx
Kxxx

in which case inviting game results in lose 4 (+110 versus -50) or 5
(+110 versus -100).imps.

So whether opener really has a game try depends, in large part, on
what the range is for responder's raise.
