yes - if it is not forcing you are forced to bid with extra values and
little in the trump suit and hence will miss a profitable penalty if
partner
has it.

Yes - this is similar to 1 except now if you play it NF then responder has
to bid with a good hand and little in the trump suit.

You want to defend. With values and no defensive interest you pass then
take out partners double.
With a minimum hand that does not want to defend you bid straight away.

I would double. If partner has a penalty of both minors you could be in
trouble (missing 5/6C whilst 3H is close to making) but most of the time
it
will be right. I lead A and another spade then give partner a spade ruff
when in with the first trump (maybe ca****ng club(s) first after seeing
dummy).
