Not knowing exactly _how_ constructive your constructive raises are,
it is impossible to answer this question. I like this hand quite a bit
for a normal single raise and would bid 2NT. As a constructive raise
it is probably fairly minimum and I should bid 3H.

I have been playing against people who play constructive raises for
years and that would be a minimum for somet of them. However, the Ace
and the King of trumps are fine cards and the fourth Heart and
doubleton Spade are extras. If you play the single raise 7-10, this
isn't a bad hand. If you play it "just under a limit raise," this is a
sub-minimum.
