Well let us see.
You aren't strong enough for a limit raise with 8 hcp and nine losers.
You have too much in hcp and defense to make a preemptive raise.
You far too many losers to bid 4H.
You have too much defense to consider psyching 1S, 2C, 2D etc.
You don't have enough hcp to bid notrump at the two level or higher.
You have four card heart sup****t and 8 hcp to keep your heart sup****t
a top secret.
Is it that difficult of a problem to bid something normal like .......
