This is a 2H bid not a limit raise, however you evaluate the hand and
any form of scoring.  The Ace of Diamonds and King of trump make 7
points.  You get one point for spades (you choose, do you count the
Jack of spades or the doubleton, just don't count both) and one more
for the 4th trump.  That is 9 points.  Top of my raise but not enough
for a limit raise.

If I use losing trick count I have 9 to start with and even if you
adust 1/2 trick for having one more Ace than a queen that only comes
to 8 1/2 losers.  Again not enought for a limit raise.

Lastly, What difference does it make what vulnerability the opponets
are versus our vulnerability.  This is our hand and we should be
bidding constructively to see if we have a decent game.  If the
opponents come in and compete to 3 of a minor I'm happy to double and
if partner doubles 2S I'm happy to sit for it.  If instead partner
invites, I accept all invites.
