I don't understand the problem.  Once opener fails to re-rebid 3d, he
denies a 5th diamond.  So what else could 4D be here except for a
qbid?  It cannot be RKC because the partner****p has not established
that it is in the slam zone as the hands could be

So, on your hands, once opener has shows enough strength to force to
game and then a diamond control over 4c, it is up to responder, with
key undisclosed values and controls in spades, hearts, and diamonds to
make a move toward slam, least ambiguously by bidding 4h.

Reputation perhaps to the contrary, I try to avoid ambiguous sounding
bids as much as possible (is that sup****t or a qbid?) and in cramped
auctions I revert back to ACOL - bid what you think you can make -
philosophies instead of trying to get too cute.
