Depends on partner****p agreement as to the minimum requirements for
the 2s re-bid. If 2S showed either five decent spades or any 6-bagger
then I'd expect the hands to look something like this.

3h should indicate that opener is unwilling to bid 3N on his lonesome
and is still looking for the best strain (with real heart length he
would have reversed into hearts on his second bid; with a double heart
stopper he would have bid NT at his 3rd turn to speak).

4c should deny a heart fragment useful for 3NT (e.g. Qx) and show club
tolerance.

4S should show spade tolerance (likely a singleton honour given
previous bidding.
