Opener 2-2-4-5, 1-3-4-5, or 0-3-4-5 and better than minimum reverse.
Responder 5+ spades, three or fewer diamonds (with 4 and not minimum,
would 
raise to 3D), two clubs or honor singleton (with four or Hxx and not 
minimum, would raise clubs) . You surely have a method like *2NT or 4th 
suit* or *leb* to show a bad hand, but here responder's 2S was undefined
and 
just showed five or more spades. Except that the Pass on 4S now confirms
he 
must have seven spades or six reasonable ones AND a bad hand; clubs was 
already agreed as trump and responder now suddenly decides "no, it is
spades 
and no higher than game".
