Assuming all bids are standard, opener should have be 0346 or 1345 with 
the stiff spade ace.  Because opener is forcing to 5C and inviting more 
opposite a hand that has made minimum bids after responding 1S, opener's 
hand has to be a monster.  I'd guess something like:
S -
H AKx
D AQTx
C AQTxxx

More variation in what responder's hand could be.  Anywhere from SKQxxxx 
and Cxxx to SJTxxxx HQxx DKx CKx.  Thus, the combined hads could still 
make anywhere from 8 to 13 tricks.

There could be an extra club and one less diamond.
