You know that spades break no worse than 4-2, with the strength in
the 2 card holding. Thus I expect to cash the whole suit about 75%
of the time. That's 7 tricks. Partner may have from 1 to 9
points. If they include the Q 10 of hearts 4 S probably makes.
These are unbiddable values. I think it is time to shake the
enemy, with a 4S call. They still know nothing useful about their
hands.
