Yes, either a low spade or a diamond return at trick 2 will beat this
hand.

Thus, I make this a 50% double (diamond or spade return at trick 2
beats the hand; heart of club return does not).

Or maybe another way to look at this is that it is a 75% double, since
if Henry chose cards out of his hand at random at trick 2, there are 9
cards he could choose that would beat the hand, and only 3 (SA, CQ, or
his stiff trump) that would allow the contract to make.

Reminds me of when Steve Sion used to tell his opponents that they
would be better off playing cards at random than trying to choose the
right card to play on any given trick.
