Yes. I would have opened 4C nv v. vul, 3C at equal, and passed
otherwise, so at the vulnerability I must be at, I pass now.

If I chose to pass this hand earlier at a different vulnerability, I
would not bid clubs now. Partner is not going to take me for eight of
them and a broke hand.
