So the contract you really want to be in is 7C, right? Pull trump, SAK,
ruff a spade, run spades? I think that spot is entirely findable, and in
fact should be easier in your methods than in mine. Since you badly need
partner's fourth club, the fact that my 3C promises 5+ clubs means I
can't easily find out if he has three or four; you only promised 4, and
his 3H should certainly be showing 4+ clubs and the HA, and deny the DA.
After this start, any ace-asking bid by you will find the CAQ, and his
doubleton spade should not surprise you at all, when he sup****ts clubs
instead of spades.
