   You became dummy when the opening lead was faced - and before it was 
faced how did you know it was a club?

    Not relevant to this situation, but I believe your general comment to 
be untrue.  After the opening lead is faced, it could be withdrawn if 
the lead was affected by MI, but only if this was discovered before the 
dummy was faced.  A pretty unlikely scenario, given to the EBL TDs in 
Tabiano when I was an instructor.
