If you want a three-quarter Howell for a specified number of rounds
between t+1 and 2t-2 inclusive [or t+1 through 2t-2 as our American
friends put it] then there is *always* such a movement, where t is the
number of tables and t>3.
2t-1 is a Full Howell: again, there is always a movement.
t is a Mitchell. You can use a Mitchell for t-1.
Hesitation Mitchell: t+1
Blackpool: t+2, can be used for t+1
Ewing/Bowman: t-2: usually only used with a missing pair
