I think partner has a big balanced hand (he'll pass with heart
shortage, but he hasn't shown four heart tricks). There's still the
question of what to do next.

I'm bidding 4N, and I don't view it as particularly close. If 4N isn't
minors here, I'm going home to play Yahtzee.
