No idea what the relevant rules are in EBUland, but in Australia, while
all
bids over 3NT (as well as doubles, redoubles, and bids of a suit bid or
shown by an opponent) are deemed to be self-alerting, there is an
obligation
after the auction (as the declaring side) to draw attention to whatever
wasn't alerted on that account.
