With a hand that partner is uncertain what to do such as a big
balanced hand, partner is supposed to pass not double since after a 2C
opening either the opponents play their contract doubled or our side
plays the contract. Consequently, I would play the double as penalty
and PASS. If LHO bid 4H on a joke, double is the only bid partner has
to say LHO made a big mistake.
