That's an awfully good hand for partner to be passing, four-level or
not. The question of why you're not in 5C is partner's to answer, not
yours.
As to the play, even though I'm guessing hearts are 3-5 from your
emphasis on the low spot lead, so a heart ruff can most likely be
arranged, doing so exposes you to a diamond ****ft that could prove
very awkward. I think I'm going to win the heart ace and bang down
ace and another trump, hoping for something good to happen in trumps
before the forces start.
