   Should?  What has should to do with anything?

   When I sit down with a pickup partner I often find I am halfway 
through the first auction with no system discussion at all.  So I have 
not agree S/A or Acol [not ACOL, please], and certainly not agreed a 2D 
opening in any way.

   If partner now opens 2D I might guess right?  Surely, but so might the 
opponents: it is still 'no agreement'.
